Iesvētīta 2006. gadā. Dievnams ierīkots bijušajā muižas un Zemgales stacijas ēkā (1928).
Baznīcas vēsture: Baznīcas ēka 20 gs. divdesmito gadu sākumā bija kā dzelzceļa stacija uz Latvijas – Polijas robežas (tajos gados). Ēku uzcēla ātrā tempā, ar masīvām sienām un skaistu kupolu virs ēkas centrālās daļās. 1944. gadā vācieši atkāpjoties gribēja to noslaucīt no zemes virsas, un līdz ar to divas trešdaļas no ēkas aizgāja nebūtībā. Līdz 20. gs. sešdesmito gadu sākumam ēka kalpoja kā stacija, bet tad Latvijas Dzelzceļš no tās atteicās. Mainījās apsaimniekotāji – ēka tika galīgi nolaista. Ēka stāvēja sliežu malā, nevienam nevajadzīga, caurumotu jumtu, satecējušām un sapelējušām sienām, tukšām logu un durvju ailēm, līdz kamēr to ievēroja dekāni A. Madelāns un A. Olehno no Daugavpils, kā arī priesteris Klavcāns. Dievnama celtniecība ilga trīs gadus. Draudzes locekļi ar saviem spēkiem veica pilnīgu ēkas restaurāciju. Daļu no celtniecības materiāliem iegādājās pateicoties vietējās pašvaldības atbalstam. Savu tiesu līdzekļu deva arī Vācijas organizācija “Bonifacius werk” un sabiedrība “DauTkom”.
