Dzimusi 1965 g., Latvijā 1980.-1984. g. studējusi keramiku Rīgas Lietišķās Mākslas vidusskolā. Meistarību papildina Radošajās darbnīcās:
2001.g. Japānā, 1995. g. Ukrainā, 1983. g. vecmeistara Jūlija Bogdana darbnīcā Dundagā.
1986. g. piešķirts Tautas daiļamatniecības meistara nosaukums.
1985. g. līdztekus Pedagoģiskajai darbībai Liepupes Bērnu Mākslas skolā atver savu podniecības darbnīcu Cepļi. Joprojām turpina pedagoģisko darbību Limbažu BJC.
Regulāri piedalās izstādēs.
Darbi kolekcijās - Francijā, Vācijā , ASV, Anglijā, Krievijā, Somijā, Ukrainā, Japānā, Austrijā, Šveicē, Zviedrijā.
