Atpūtas māja "Madaras" atrodas gleznainā vietā Usmas ezera krastā, blakus atpūtas kompleksiem "Bukdangas" un "Godeļi". Mājiņā ir trīs guļamistabas - divas ar divām un viena ar četrām guļvietām.
