Karstākajā kāzu laikā - 10. augustā, Jaunpils pils kungs par godu savas meitas precībām rīkoja Viduslaiku svētkus, kuros piedalījās amatnieki un tirgotāji, senās mūzikas ansamblis „Trakula”, folkloras ansamblis „Putni”, seno deju grupa „Calendula”, „Rīgas cirka” mākslinieki, „Pasaku nama” iemītnieki un Mūzikas un mākslas atbalsta fonda aktieri ar izrādi „Lauva ziemā”.
Svētku laikā norisinājās turnīrs šaušanā ar arbaletu, loku un cirvja mešanā, kuros veiksmīgākie bija Gatis Rozenvalds, Jānis Pilinieks un Guntis Vanags.
Precinieka godā bija Šinenburgas pilskungs no Vāczemes. Neskatoties uz precinieka sarūpētajām dāvanām – gredzenu, ansambļa „Die Lustigen” dziedājumu un arī paša precinieka dziedāto serenādi, Pilskunga meita precinieku atraidīja! Viņa atraidīja arī uz vietas no svētku viesu vidus izvēlētos preciniekus!
Tēva pacietībai bija gals un par sodu viņš meitu izprecināja pirmajam, kurš ienāca pa vārtiem. Nācējs bija vienkāršs zemnieks, kurš bija ieradies pilī, lai tikai pārdotu vistiņu, bet tā vietā dabūja pūrā Jaunpils pili, muižu, Pilskunga melno ērzeli, kuili, kalponi Hildu un arī kunga zābakus!
Vakarā, atzīmējot lielo notikumu, viesi turpināja līksmot ballē ar muzikālo apvienību „Vēja runa”.
Pilī valdīja prieks un līksme līdz pat vēlai nakts stundai!

In the construction of log buildings, we use natural materials, for instance, moss as sealing between beams, and we construct the buildings according to the ancient traditions of log building constructions. Our price offer includes complete structure mounting, except for laying foundation and installation of electric power and water supply, which we can carry out upon a prior agreement with the client on the additional volume of work and the extra costs. We carry out mounting of log buildings in the entire territory of Latvia, and costs of transportation within the distance of 120 km from the production unit in Valmiera have been included in the price. Upon the client’s request, we can also offer production of logs without delivery and mounting with documents enclosed for individual mounting.
