The area of the lake is 7 ha and the average depth – 2.4 m, while its deepest point reaches 2.8 m. There is a small recreation area with a table, benches, and a campfire site set up by the Latvian State Forests (LSF) where travellers can enjoy the beauty of nature and the meal they have packed for the trip.
