Description
Ēka celta ap 1883. gadu un piederējusi Latvijas lielākajam būvuzņēmējam, arhitektam un mecenātam Kristapam Morbergam. Vasarnīcas ēkas ir neogotiskās koka arhitektūras piemineklis, kas 19.gs. beigās ieguva dzelzs lokšņu apdari. Paplašināta un pilnveidota līdz 1914.gadam. Ēku īpašnieks novēlējis Latvijas Universitātei.2007. - 2008. gadā veikta ansambļa ēku un interjeru restaurācija, atjaunots 19.g s. plānojums un stādījumi. Pie vasarnīcas atrodas dārzs ar eksotiskajiem augiem.Šobrīd nams ir Latvijas Universitātes īpašums.
