Description
Pirmā katoļu baznīca no koka Pušmucovā uzcelta 18.gs. otrajā pusē par muižkunga Ksavers Šadurska līdzekļiem. Tā tika iesvētīta 1805.g., veltot Jaunavas Marijas pasludināšanas godam. Pelēko laukakmeņu baznīcu ar 3 mūra altāriem un diviem torņiem, 1850.g. par saviem līdzekļiem uzsāka celt muižkungs Dominiks Poroko, itāliešu arhitekta Porocco (Kārsavas baznīcas autors) mazdēls. Būvi pabeidza un iesvētīja 1852.gadā.
Baznīcas centrālajā altārī atrodas Marijas pasludināšanas glezna, sānu altāros-Svētā Franciska un Svētā Dominika gleznas. Torņos ir trīs zvani.
