Mežvidu Skapulāra Dievmātes Romas katoļu baznīca Mežvidu Skapulāra Dievmātes Romas katoļu baznīca ir Romas katoļu Rīgas metropolijas Rēzenes-Aglonas diecēzes draudzes baznīca. Atrodas Kārsavas novada Mežvidu pagasta centrā, Mežvidos. Mežvidu draudze tika izveidota 1935. gadā, no Bērzgales un Nautrēnu katoļu draudzēm, izveidojot Mežvidu draudzei vairākas sādžas. Mežvidu katoļu koka baznīca tika uzcelta uz Jadvigas Žeigures dāvātās zemes baznīcas celšanai, kas atrodas Lakšinīku sādžā. To uzbūvēja Bērzgales draudzes prāvesta Aloiza Dunska vadībā, kurš Stiglovas draudzē nopirka lielu māju un pārcēla uz dāvātās zemes, vienā galā ierīkojot baznīcu, bet otrā sarga dzīvokli. Mežvidu baznīca ir koka viennavas celtne ar cinkotā skārda jumtu ar vienu torni un koka grīdu. Tā ir 8 metrus gara un 8 metrus plata. Draudze savu nosaukumu ieguva no tuvumā esošās dzezceļa stacijas Mežvidi. Draudzē bija aptuveni 1500 ticīgo. Draudzei ir trīs kapsētas – Mežvidu kapi, Sila kapi, Plēšu kapi. Draudzes lielākie svētki ir Svētā Jāzepa diena, Vissvētākās Trīsvienības svētki, Vissvētākās Jaunavas Marijas Karmeļa kalna svētki, Svētā Franciska stigmatu diena.
