PAPE LIGHTHOUSE
The lighthouse was built in 1890 on a 4-5 m high dune in a considerable distance from the sea, but in time the shoreline washed off and the sea has now come quite close to the lighthouse. In the sand of washed-off dunes medieval jewellery, money and other items have been found.
