Iestādei ir izstrādātas un licenzētās „Speciālas pamatizglītības programmas izglītojamiem ar redzes traucējumiem” kodi 21015111 un 21015121 ar mērķi : veikt redzes korekciju, nostiprināt bērnu veselību, veicināt vispusīgo garīgo, fizisko un sociālo attīstību, sagatavot pamatizglītības uzsākšanai vispārizglītojošā vai Strazdmuižas skolā. Šo mērķi realizē iestādes pedagogu kolektīvs, kura visiem darbiniekiem ir augstākā pedagoģiskā pirmsskolas izglītība.
