Apes Sv. Mateja Evaņģēliski luteriskā baznīca atrodas Pasta ielā, Apes vēsturiskajā centrā.
- Apes draudze dibināta 1994. gadā.
- Sākumā Dievkalpojumi notika Apes Tautas namā, pēc tam Igauņu biedrības namā tika iekārtota Lūgšanu telpa. Aizlūgumos tika lūgts, lai būtu sava baznīca.
- Lūgšanas tika uzklausītas, un 2009. gadā Pasta ielā 11 tika ielikti Baznīcas pamati un 2014. gada 21. septembrī baznīca tika iesvētīta.
- Baznīcai blakus ir ierīkots skaists Baznīcas dārzs, kurš priecē ar košiem augiem un ziediem.
- Šobrīd tiek vākti ziedojumi baznīcas torņa celtniecībai.
Dievkalpojumi notiek katru svētdienu plkst. 13:00. Kalpo mācītājs Vilnis Sliņķis.
