Description
Baznīca ir iesvētīta 1786. gadā, pārbūvēta 1859. gadā, bet 1887. gadā pārbūvēts baznīcas tornis. 1939. gadā par draudzes līdzekļiem pēc arhitekta A. Bērziņa meta tika pārbūvēts baznīcas altāris, kura centrā ir dāvinātā Jāņa Rikmaņa altārglezna. Baznīca remontēta un atjaunota 20. gadsimta 80. gados kopīgiem kolhoza, mežniecības un iedzīvotāju spēkiem.
