Skatu tornis atrodas dabas parka “Ogres ieleja” teritorijā. No torņa paveras burvīgs skats uz Ogres upes ieleju, saskatāma arī Aderkašu pareizticīgo baznīca.
Meņģeles pagastā dzimis un bērnības gaitas pavadījis rakstnieks Sudrabu Edžus, kas sarakstījis stāstu par Dullo Dauku. Ogres upes senkrastā esošā ozolu un bērzu birzs bijusi Sudrabu Edžus iemīļota atpūtas vieta. Pie tās dzejnieks Imants Ziedonis ar domubiedriem 20.gs. 70.gados izveidoja Dullā Daukas taku ar īpašiem akmeņiem, uz viena no tiem ir uzraksts "Dullais Dauka".
Skatu torni ir ļoti viegli atrast. Brauciet pa šoseju V964 no Taurupes uz Menģeles pusi! Pabraucot garām Aderkašu baznīcai, aptuveni pēc 500 m ceļa kreisajā pusē redzēsiet skatu torni.
