Netālu no Rāznas ezera atrodas Mākoņkalns ( 249m v.j.l.), saukts arī par Padebešu kalnu.Netālu no Rāznas ezera atrodas Mākoņkalns ( 249m v.j.l.), saukts arī par Padebešu kalnu. 1252. gadā Livonijas ordenis šī kalna virsotnē uzcēla vienu no pirmajiem nocietinājumiem Latgalē – Volkenbergas pili. Nostāsti vēsta, kā pēc pils pārvaldnieka nāves visi Volkenbergas pils plašie īpašumi sadalīti starp viņa meitām – Roze mantojusi Rēzekni, Lūcija – Ludzu un Marija – Viļaku. Kādreiz tik varenā pils laika gaitā panīkusi un sabrukusi. Līdz mūsdienām saglabājušies tikai lielās mūra sienas fragmenti un sakritusī apakšzemes eja. No kalna paveras brīnišķīgs skats uz Rāznas ezeru, bet pašā piekājē redzams dzidrais Ubagovas ezeriņš, kas tautā iesaukts par Latgales dzidro aci.
