Description
Rojas baznīca pārdzīvojusi vairākas pārvērtības gan 17. un 18. gadsimtā. 1854. gadā koka baznīcai uzcēla slaidu, augstu akmens mūra torni un 1878. gadā tornim piebūvēja akmens mūra baznīcu askētiski vienkāršās formās.
Vēsturiskajam notikumam par godu pie galvenās ieejas (kreisajā pusē) sienā iemūrēja granīta plāksni ar tekstu un gadskaitli. Gadskaitļi 1854, 1992 tornī liecina par baznīcas pārbūvēm. Pirmajā pasaules karā torni sabombardēja, tas atjaunots 1992. gadā tagadējā izskatā.
Baznīcā atrodas altārglezna «Kristus un Svētais Pēteris uz ezera» (1890, M. Pols (M. Pols) kopija no R. Rihtera (R. Rihters) oriģināla). 1883. gadā darinātās ērģeles ir Jēkabpils ērģeļu būvētāja Mārtiņa Krēsliņa darbs.
