Description
Medieval court "Niedru lija" is situated near by Jaunpils medieval castle, in teritory, surrounded by "Swedesh wall". This stone wall was built by swedesh prisoners of war, taken to Jaunpils during Polish - Swedish war, after battle of Kircholm (today - Salaspils) in 1605.
"Niedru lija" offers different activities in medieval style: crossbow shooting, archery, axe throwing, spear throwing, medieval coinage, blacksmith, canon, medieval weapons and armour.
Special offer for tourist groups - after small tournament is possible to take part in medieval feast - meal with autentic medieval food and drinks.
