Dvietes Sv. Staņislava Kostkas Romas katoļu baznīca tika uzbūvēta 1864. gadā baroka stilā par muižnieka Kazimira Plātera-Zīberga līdzekļiem. Ievērojams valsts nozīmes arhitektūras piemineklis, kurā ir viens no greznākajiem sakrālajiem baroka interjeriem Daugavpils rajonā. Baznīca ir viena joma krustveida celtne ar trijiem altāriem, divām sakristejām, dēļu grīdu, velvētiem mūra griestiem. Ieejas durvis no gala un no sakristejas. Pie baznīcas gala durvīm maza priekštelpa. Virs tās kora telpas ar harmoniju. Apkārt baznīcas dārzam mūra žogs ar kārniņu jumtu.
