Esmu Dzīvā Auzu Pārsla ,auzu putraimi. Mani lobīja akmens dzirnās un pēc tam saplacināja.
No rūpnīcu paku pārslām atšķiros ar to, ka mani nekarsēja. Tādējādi es līdzinos auksti spiestai, nerafinētai eļļai un tāpēc mans derīguma termiņš ir īss.
Es saturu vērtīgās mononepiesātinātās un polinepiesātinātās taukskābes, kas pēc placināšanas saskarē ar gaisu sāk oksidēties. Tāpēc kļūstu mazliet rūgtena — kā viss dzīvais, kas nav karsēts.
