Pielietojums
Iekšdarbu guļbūvju sienu, apdares dēļu, mēbeļu, koka rotaļlietu un citu koka virsmu apstrādei.
Īpašības
Pēc apstrādes koka virsma ir matēta, produkts izceļ koka struktūru. Koka virsma kļūst ultravioleto starojuma un mitruma noturīga. Produkts bez vaitspirta, bez kobalta, bez sikatīva, žūšanas materiāli bez svina.
Sastāvs
Auksti spiesta linsēklu eļļa, augu eļļa, sveķu konofolijs, minerāla un zemes dabīgie pigmenti.
Krāsa
Dzeltens(100), sarkans(102), rozā (104), smilšu dzeltens(105), pelēkzils(106), balts(107), zaļš(108), ozola krāsa (109). Sk. toņu galeriju.
Koka sagatavošana
Kokam jābūt sausam (koka maksimālais mitrums 20%), tīram, bez skaidām un putekļiem. Pirms eļļošanas ieteicams koku slīpēt ar smilšpapīru.
Šķaidīšana
Pirmajā krāsošanas reizē ar 10% sveķu terpentīna.
Uzklāšana
Iepakojumu rūpīgi sakratīt un eļļu samaisīt. Pirms katras uzklāšanas reizes lineļļu sasildīt līdz 40C-60C.
Pirmo reizi: ar otu, pie vēlamās gaisa temperatūras virs 0C. Regulāri krāsu maisīt, neļaujot pigmentam nosēsties.
Otro reizi: ar otu pēc 24 stundām, pie vēlamās gaisa temperatūras virs 0C. Regulāri krāsu maisīt, neļaujot pigmentam nosēsties.
Atlikušo eļļu no koka noslaucīt ar uzsūcošu materiālu. Neeļļot koku zem tiešiem karstiem saules stariem.
Patēriņš
1 litrs noklāj 8-12m2 pie pirmās krāsošanas reizes, 83-125 g/m2. Otrajā krāsošanas reizē patēriņš būs mazāks, atkarībā no koka virsmas uzsūkšanas stāvokļa.
Žūšanas laiks
Pie 20C un 60% relatīvā mitruma: 24 stundas pirmā kārta. Līdz pilnīgam koka izžūšanas stāvoklim var aizņemt 2 nedēļas.
