"SIA Rasu Dārzniecība" is a relatively new family-owned nursery located in the Birzgale parish of Ogre municipality. We specialize in bedding plant seedlings and winter-hardy plants. We also offer vegetable seedlings: tomato, cucumber, pumpkin, watermelon, melon and other seedlings.
The farm is engaged in grain cultivation, growing sea buckthorn berries and develops the tourism industry. More than 300 grape varieties are currently grown on the farm of grape plant grower and variety collector Gata Kužums for inspection purposes in the garden. Every year the collection is supplemented with 20 - 30 new varieties, discarding those that are not suitable for our conditions.
