Ortija SIA

"SIA Rasu Dārzniecība" is a relatively new family-owned nursery located in the Birzgale parish of Ogre municipality. We specialize in bedding plant seedlings and winter-hardy plants. We also offer vegetable seedlings: tomato, cucumber, pumpkin, watermelon, melon and other seedlings.

Mencendorfa nams – Rīgas vēstures un kuģniecības muzeja filiāle – ar savu 17.-18. gs. mājokļa noskaņu ir vienīgais šāda tipa muzejs Baltijā un apmeklētājiem atvērts kopš 1992. gada 18. maija. Ekspozīcija iekārtota 1695. gadā celtā namā, kurš līdz pat 1939. gadam bija dzīvojamais nams ar veikalu un noliktavu stāviem.

A guset house Iecavnieki is situated on a fringe of wood, at the bank of the river Daugava. A bath with a swimming pool, a hall with a fire place for banquets (50 people). Six rooms with a shower and WC.

A modern farmstead bowery in the territory of Žemaitija National Park close to Iešnalis Lake.

Guest house Mauriņi is located in Allažu civil parish, about six kilometres from Sigulda. Mariņi is a two floor house with individual accomodations, fire place,swimming pool, bathhouse and festivity hall.

The forest is an important ecosystem that must not be valued only financially. It fulfills both social and irreplaceable ecological functions. We are part of an ecosystem, so we see a world where every owner manages his forest according to the best canons of sustainable development - for our climate, the environment and people. This is exactly what we observe in our work - we set an example ourselves and educate others on how to better integrate trees into the urban environment.

Cozy rooms in the country farmstead. Catering may be entrusted to our care since our café we run is proud having a sign of European culinary heritage of Aukštaitija region. Excursions are organized.
